We are seeking a skilled Data Associate to join our team. If you have a passion for helping Democrats win, experience in data or computer science, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Uploading new donor data and ensuring that the company’s data is kept updated and deduplicated
• Completing data requests from the production and client services teams
• Improving current internal apps, database structures, and data analyses based on company needs
• Creating real-time client result dashboards in Google Looker Studio
• Communicating updates to internal data projects during company-wide meetings 
• Working with the data team to develop SOPs and other documentation
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills

• A four year degree in computer science, data science, statistics or a comparable field
• Experience with SQL and Python programming languages
• Experience with Google Looker Studio or comparable data visualization tools

Preferred Skills

Experience with any of the following:

• Democratic or left-leaning political campaigns
• Data platforms such as Google BigQuery
• Experience with other programming languages such as C++
