Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the setup and scheduling of text fundraising campaigns.

• Write clear and compelling text message copy that fits each client’s voice and goals.

• Create and refine ActBlue donation forms to improve donor engagement.

• Follow best practices to ensure campaigns perform at a high level.

• Work closely with a fast-moving team to execute digital fundraising strategies.

• Monitor text deliverability and flag any issues that come up.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years in digital fundraising.

• Technical Skills: Experience with texting platforms and digital campaign tools.

• Writing: Strong political writing skills, particularly in text-based fundraising.

• Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.

• Flexibility: Comfortable with a dynamic, irregular schedule that may include evening and weekend work, especially during peak campaign periods.

• Location: Applicants based in the Pacific Time Zone are strongly preferred to ensure alignment with team scheduling and client needs.
